Have a disciplined, regular lifestyle. Don’t skip any meal. Have a balanced diet and include as much fresh fruits and vegetables as possible. Drink lots of water. Exercise for around 30 minutes daily early in the morning. Have six small meals instead of 3 big ones. Weigh yourself once every week and stop obsessing about it. You will see the difference in a few weeks yourself.
Horse bean is the best and remedy for obesity. Soak 50 grams of horse gram overnight and boil them till tender. You can add salt for taste but not necessary for best result. Drink the water empty stomach. You can use the boiled gram as salad with other fresh vegetables like tomato and cabbage. Along with this a brisk walk is an added advantage. Walk at least for 45 minutes to 1 hour daily. You can see a good result in 30 days. I personally achieved my goal weight in six months with this home remedy and walking.
Give cinnamon powder with tea take every night it is believed to lose weight and also lemon juice the patient should given lemon without meals.
