The Public Service Broadcasting Trust, is a non governmental, not for profit trust with the mission to create and sustain a credible space for public service broadcasting in India.
PSBT india has organized the 11th Edition of Annual Open Frame Film Festival & Forum of documentary films, workshops and discussions at New Delhi’s India International Centre.
The Films embody new forms of looking at and understanding realities and articulate them in powerful and significant ways .The Films provide a vital context for debate and dialogue. Films at PSBT have Extraordinary personal stories and narratives and engages with larger questions about the world
filmmakers at Open Frame aims to create around and inhabit a wide canvas of issues that concern us as individuals, groups and citizens of Nation.
The Film Screenings will be followed by a PANEL DISCUSSION
