In a light and airy space, innovators of all stripes shared ideas about how to improve New York City’s communication with its residents. While some people showed up in teams, other attendees were free agents eager to collaborate with others. A college student named Andrew suggested making bills available at the proposal stage, encouraging early input from the public.
While companies such as Google were well-represented at the event, smaller entities such as meetup were present as well. The event ended on Sunday, when prizes were awarded to 5 teams.
