Book Inauguration ceremony held. Mushki Khutan of Ataleeq Muhammad Shakoor Gharib 1690-1761 AD.

CHITRAL: Inauguration ceremony of a book Mushki Khutan held at Government centennial model high school hall Chitral. The ceremony was presided over by Professor Rahmat Karim Baig while Shahzada Gul Amir Hasanatuddin was chief guest on the occasion. The book was written by Ataleeq Muhammad Shakoor Gahrib (1690-1761AD) in Persian and Khowar Chitrali languages which was translated in Urdu by Professor Naqeebullah Razi and was published by Munir Ahmad Senior English Teacher at G.C.M.H.S Chitral his fore-son. Addressing on the inauguration ceremony the speakers highly hailed the theme of Shakoor Gharib as almost all of his poetry consisting on bravely, self analyzing, courtesy, generously and so many other good messages. They said that although he belongs to Royal family and participated in so many battles also visited India at that time and meet Mughul Kings but he was very mystic type person of his period. They said that he saw different rulers of Chitral like Sangeen Ali Sani, Muhammad Ghulam, Shah Alam, Muhammad Shafi, Shah Faramdad, Shah Murdan Quli Baig, Shah Abdul Qadir Shah Afzal, and Shah Fazil 9 rulers of Chitral.
The speakers appreciated and liked his poetry and termed it a good message for the youth of today. Professor Rahmat Karim Baig said that he was a historian and conquer poet of his time. Professor Naqeebullah Razi said that he meets some religious clerics, mystic at India and impressed by him and that is why his poetry circles around of mysticism. Other speakers also paid him rich tribute. Those who spoke on the occasion were Principal Maula Nigah Nigha, Haider Hussain, Ansar Elahi, Professor Naqeebullah Razi, Gul Nawaz Khaki, Professor Rahmat Karim Baig, Shahzada Amir Hasanatuddin, Maulana Qadir Shah and Maulana Khaleequz Zaman Khateeb Shahi Masjid Chitral. The speakers termed Shakoor Gharif a man of sword and symbol of bravely who emphasized on generously and brevity. A large number of teachers’ poets, students and social workers attended the book inauguration ceremony.
