Ashwani Kumar was addressing in a meeting of its Political affairs committee today to take stock of the political developments taking place.The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prof. M.L.Raina, Chairman, Political Affairs Committee. Those who attended the meeting among others included S/Shri Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo, President, Panun Kashmir, Virender Raina, National Spokesperson, J.L.Kaul, Vice President and Kamal Bagati, Organising Secretary.

This decision of the government has already been opposed by the peace loving and politically conscious people of state. This policy is flawed in its basics and the mood of the nation is totally against this decision. The recent disclosures of the captured terrorist reveal that there is a close nexus between the Kashmiri terrorists, the ISI and the international terror groups. In such a situation, this so-called rehabilitation policy for the terrorists could create a security risk for the nation.
