Sleep disturbances are not so uncommon as you think.
Some sleep disorders are very serious and can sometimes be dangerous.
The most dangerous disturbance is insomnia.
The reasons to sleep distrubance can vary and are sometimes difficult to explain.
Sometimes serious diseases can be the reason.
Insomnia is often stress related and also parasomni can be linked to stress.
The different types of sleep disorders are:
Insomnia – means that you have hard to fall asleep,or that you are frequent awake.
Hypersomni – means abnormal sleepiness that results in a need to sleep during the day.
Often,the snoring and breathing stay behind fatigue.
Narcolepsi – means uncontrollable sudden episodes of sleep,which often occurs daily.
Parasomni – means sleep walking,sudden spasms,bruxism and sleep paralysis.
Do you suffer from insomnia?
Does it take more than 30 minutes for you to fall asleep?
Do you wake up early,even if you have slept less than 6 hours?
Do you feel tired,distracted and have mood swings?
Are you awake more than 45 minutes several times every night?
Will these symptoms return at least 4 times a week?
How to sleep well.
* Go to bed at the same time every day.
* Go up at the same time every day.
* The bedroom should be well ventilated.
* Take a powernap on 15 minutes.
* Physical activity is good.
* Don´t eat or drink late in the evening.
* If you can´t sleep,drink hot milk.
