Iranian artists appreciated hospitality of Kashmiries



Srinagar-J&K(India), October 20 (Vijay Kumar – JK Minister for Tourism and Culture,  Nawang Rigzin Jora said that our state has unique culture famous all over the world and Tourism Department  is going to showcase the cultural tourism of the state.  He said government contemplates to organize the cultural festivals at regional and tribal level for enriching the cultural heritages of various areas.

The festival was organized by J&K Tourism Department to promote the cultural tourism of the Valley. Various international, national and state artists presented cultural programmes depicting on the rich cultural heritage and enthralled the audiences by their mesmerizing presentation.


Minister for Tourism and Culture, Nawang Rigzin Jora and Minister of State for Tourism, Nasir Aslam Wani today awarded trophies among Iranian artists who participated in Kashmir Sofi Festival, held at SKICC.


            Meanwhile The Iranians artists appreciated the role of state government for their positive approach and hospitality.  They also thanked the people of Kashmir for their hospitality and said that Kashmir is paradise on earth and every one yearns to visit this paradise once and again to enjoy its enchanting and serene beauty, adding that they became the ambassadors of J&K state and will educate their native people to tour J&K state at a large scale.
