PDP reiterates full support to agitating KP youth

 

Jammu, April 01(Scoop News) -    People’s Democratic Party (PDP) today reiterated its full support to displaced Kashmiri Pandit youth who have protesting in front of Press Club here for last twenty one days. These displaced KP youth have been demanding implementation of PM’s employment package in letter and spirit.

 

 

Three PDP legislators namely Abdul Haq Khan, Peerzada Mansoor and Bhasharat Bukhari today visited the protesting KP youth and gave them assurance on behalf of PDP.

While addressing the agitating youth, PDP legislators expressed their total solidarity displaced Pandit youth and flayed the Government for its failure to properly implement the employment package. They asked the government to take immediate steps in setting the employment process in motion by filling up 800 de-reserved and 700 non joining posts among the waiting list candidates besides issuing advertisements for remaining 3000 posts out of 6000 Government jobs announced by Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh in 2008, for displaced youth.
