1 killed by Religious cleric.
CHITRAL: As well as a young boy was killed by a religious cleric at Danin in Chitral town. According to Station Head Officer (SHO) Chitral Inayat Elahi who is a Pesh Imam of Danin Mosque assaulted (stabbed) a young body Abdul Basit who was serious injured but he could not succumbed to his injuries and died . Chitral police said Inayatullah assaulted his cousin Abdul Basit with a knife and stabbed him to death while he was leaving his home to visit his relatives in another village along with his mother and wife.
The police nabbed the accused Enayat Elahi and registered a case under section 302 of PPC. Hence reasons behind this murder could not ascertain until filling of this report. Chitral police investigating the case with different angles.
