According to Police a Tipper bearing registration number JK03A/7857 collided with a Scorpio bearing registration number JK05B/0155 near Ranji, Baramulla, in the jurisdiction of police station Pattan, resulting in injuries to six passengers. Among the injured 70 years old Ghulam Rasool Raina son of Ghulam Ahmad resident of Salamabad, Uri succumbed to his injures on way to the hospital. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
