14 injured in different incidences

 

9 injured including 3 ladies constable during implementation of Court execution order at Seenlasht.
 
CHITRAL: As well as 9 people including 3 ladies and 3 male police constables injured when residents of Seen Lasht people thrown stones over police party when they were trying to implement court execution order and vacate the land and houses from illegally occupier.  According to District Police Officer (DPO) Chitral Muhammad Jaafar Khan the court has decided for implementation of its execution order regarding vacating houses and land from people of Seen Lasht who could not prove their legal rights in the court  and court issued its order to  people of Seen Lasht to vacate the lands and houses. Obeying the court order bailiff force of court and Chitral Police along with Magistrate, District Officer Revenue and Estate Akbar Jalal Khan, Assistant Coordination Officer Sub Divisional Magistrate Miftahuddin, sub Divisional Police Officer Abdul Hameed, station Head Officer police station Muhammad Nisar Khan, SHOs of 12 police stations with their police party and some 400 police force along with border police force took part in operation regarding implementation of Court execution order. DPO Chitral said that the district administration had already informed residents of Seen Lasht to vacate land and their houses as it was decided in favor of Shahzada Mir Hasanatuddin. Hence these people denied to obey the court order and started different delay tactics. He said that a huger number of police party took positions on Thursday to avoid any untoward situation in the area. Hence when police teams along with Magistrate reached there these people started stoning on police party. They also opened fire on police force hence I had advised police to avoid from any responding firing but police saved themselves in reiteration of indiscriminating firing he added.
 
Some 3 lady and 3 male police constables injured by throwing stones over them DPO added.  Those who injured by Seen Lasht people were identified as Miss Zainab, Miss Pari, Miss Zaleekha ladies constable and Pinin Khan, Abdul Khaq and Siraj male police constable. While Rahmat Noor, wife of Muhammad Usman and Miss Zaibun Nisa of Seen Lasht village also injured in this counter stones throwing.  Shahzada Gul said that police taken back some 40 Chakoram (20 Acres Land) and some houses from these people in the light of Court verdict hence some 50 Chakoram (25 Acres) land and 10 houses are still pending to be taken from illegal occupier he said. He said that when I reached on the spot along with police party to identify my lands and houses which were decided by Super Court of Pakistan in my favor, the other party started stoning and indiscriminating firing on police party and me.
 
Medical superintendent of district Headquarters hospital Chitral Dr. Nazir Ahmad told this scribe that some 9 injured persons were rushed to this hospital for treatment. He said that 3 were ladies constable, 3 male constable 2 females and 1 one male from Seen Lasht village. He said that 5 injured persons were discharged from the hospital after giving them first aid hence 4 injured persons are still under treatment in the hospital and hope that they will also be discharged today. He said that we had imposed emergency in the hospital and had detailed one 2 Ambulance, 1 Doctor and paramedical staff in the filed. Hence some 5 injured were carried here from Garamchisham where 5 people were injured when a Jeep plunged into deep ravine. We were red alert and overcome the situation MS added. We provided first aid and proper treatment to all injured persons immediately hence conditions of injured persons are out of dangerous he added. DPO Chitral said that police has stopped the operation regarding implementation of execution till further order.
 
5 injured in road mishap.
 
CHITRAL: As well as 5 people injured in road mishap at Garamchisham road. According to SHO Police station Garamchisham a sport car was on its way from Garamchisham to Chitral. When this bad luck car reached near Mogh village it plunged into Deep ravine and later on slipped in Chitral river as a result five persons were injured badly who were rushed to District Headquarters hospital Chitral immediately. Those who were identified as Ali Badshah, Abdul Siddique, Deewana Shah, Muhammad Din and Akbar. MS of DHQ Hospital Chitral Dr. Nazir Ahmad said that their condition is out of danger.
