150 persons became victim of sectarian violence in Parachinar

 

“Rafiq Ali resident of Jauzara, two brothers Islam and Fatah Khan sons of Ali Asmat residents of Marai are slaughtered their dead bodies are recovered from Dara Adam Khel village of Torsangi Ghar on Monday 19-11-2007. Kohat Gate located on Kohat Hangu road and Kacha Pakha road was blocked by Shia residents of Kohat, police has dispersed Shia protestors on Kohat gate on Kohat Hangu road but Kacha Pakha road is still blocked by protesters, mean while two members of Shia sect had opened fire on Amir Hamza Mosque in Dara Adam Khel during afternoon Zahar prayers six persons  doing prayers are critically injured. One angry Shia assailant is killed and another is captured alive by local people of Dara Adam Khel”, Mr. Inayat Orakzai a tribal journalist has said

“Last week police man Amjid Hussain was slaughtered in Hangu district of NWFP, after his death situation was quite tense in Hangu, deceased policeman Amjid Hussain was from Shia sect, in adjacent tribal area of Kurram agency sectarian clashes broke out on Friday in which so far more then hundred and fifty persons are killed, entry routes to Parachina capital of Kurram Agency are blocked due to sectarian violence” sources have said.
