17 killed in bomb explosion in Islamabad

 

17 people were killed and 48 people injured when a bomb was set off in a Nihari shop in Abapra Square of Islamabad, an hour and a half into Friday’s prayers today, according to Shaukat Aziz, a resident of Abpara Islamabad.

“Abdur Raziq Bugti representative of Baluchistan government was killed today when he was coming out from Quetta Television Station. Unknown assailants opened fire on his car, and after his assassination, the killers escaped,” government sources said.
