Srinagar, (Scoop News) – Two kids died while playing at Muqami Donaro in Shopian.
Police said that two kids Masooda Akhtar age 07 years and Zubair Ahmad age 05 years of Mohammad Ashraf Paswal resident of Muqami Donaro, Keller in Shopian, slipped into a deep water logged pit, while playing near their home resulting in their death.
1 dies, 4 injured in road mishaps
Meanwhile one person died and other four were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir Valley.
According to Police A Bolero bearing registration number HR01X/5875 hit a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK13A/6074 near Imam Sahib, Shopian, falling under the jurisdiction of police station Zainpora Shopian resulting in injuries to Motorcyclist Mohammad Yousuf Itoo son of Abdul Aziz resident of Manihal and pillion Muzaffar Ahmad Wagay son of Mohammad Ismail resident of Wuyan, Imam Sahib. Both the injured were shifted to District hospital Pulwama, where Mohammad Yousuf Itoo succumbed to his injuries. A case has been registered in this regard.
An unidentified vehicle hit and injured Mohammad Akram Khan age 65 years son of Habib Khan resident of Damhal near Adoora, Anantnag, falling under the jurisdiction of police station Achabal. The injured was shifted to SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Sumo bearing registration number JK05A/9201 hit and injured Mushtaq Ahmad Khan son of Noor Mohammad resident of Gohiva Pattan near Nihalpora, Baramulla, falling under the jurisdiction of police station Pattan. The injured was shifted to sub district hospital Pattan, where from he was referred to SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Tavera bearing registration number JK05B/7133 hit and injured Mubeena Akhtar daughter of Abdul Aziz Teli resident of Chander Seer near Hamray Crossing, Baramulla falling under the jurisdiction of police station Pattan. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
Chowkidar found dead in Sopore
During the intervening night of 29/01.03.2012, Abdul Rashid Dar Chowkidar of Fruit Mandi Sopore, age 50 years son of Ghulam Nabi Dar resident of Nowpora was found dead in a suspicious circumstance at Fruit Mandi, Sopore falling under the jurisdiction of police station Sopore. Sopore police initiated an inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC in this regard.
Man drowns in Rambi Ara
Ghulam Hassan Lone age 45 years son-in-law of Mohammad Afzal Alie resident of Melhoora Wachi drowned in river Rambi Ara near Ziyarat Sharief Melhoora, Shopian falling under the jurisdiction of police station Zainpora.
The body was fished out and brought to Bijbehara hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
