Srinagar, June 04 (Scoop News) – Two tourists from west Bangal died in Kashmir,one at Khilan Marg another at Phalgam.
Police said a tourist namely Parbhal Chander Roy son of Hari Ram Roy resident of Nilhatti Birham West Bengal died due to cardiac arrest at Khilan Marg, Tangmarg, Baramulla. The body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Meanwhile, a three year old boy namely Rado Roy son of Raju Roy resident of West Bengal fell down from a window of Hotel Hill View in Pahalgam, resulting in his injuries. The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar where he succumbed to his injuries. The body of the boy was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Man mauled by Leopard
According to Police Talib Hussain Wani son of Abdul Rashid resident of Kumar Mohalla Lalpora was mauled by a leopard at Lalpora, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Lalpora, Kupwara.
6 injured in road mishaps
Six persons were injured in different road accidents in Kashmir valley.
A Tipper bearing registration number JK01A-4227 hit and injured one pedestrian Javid Ahmad Pogal son of Alif-Din Pogal resident of Pogal Paristan Banihal at Bilal Colony Nagander Khrew, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Parimpora. The injured was shifted to SDH Pampore for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.
A Maruti car bearing registration number DL2CAF-4825 hit a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK01E-1318 at Zakoora, Srinagar, resulting in injuries to Motorcyclist Mohammad Yousuf Wani son of Ali Mohammad resident of Gulab Bagh Zakoora. The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura. Police has registered a case in this regard.
A Bus bearing registration number JK01H-9271 hit a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK01H-375 at Soura, resulting in injuries to Motorcyclist Mohammad Ramzan Mir son of Khazir Mohammad resident of Soura. The injured was hospitalized. Police has registered a case in this regard.
Two Tata 407 passenger vehicles bearing registration numbers JK01L-326 and JK13-7520 collided near Androsoo, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Pampore, resulting in injuries to three passengers. Police has registered a case in this regard.
