$25 billion Foreign Direct Investment in India’s real estate sector

India’s real estate sector is growing at rapid speed and now it is attracting a lot of Foreign direct investment into the sector. It is estimated that Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in India’s real estate will touch $25 billion in the next 10 years. At present the FDI in the real estate sector is just $4 billion. This mean an increase of $21 billion in FDI.

According to research report by Assocham rising inflation and rising interest rates will not stop the FDI investment in India’s real estate sector.

India’s Real estate market looks very hot to the overseas investors and thus they are looking to park their funds in India so that it will fetch them a handsome return in the near future.

There is no stopping to India’s real estate growth story.
