Srinagar/Jammu, December 09, (Scoop News)- Voting for the 3rd phase of J&K Assembly Elections 2014 has commenced in the 16 constituencies today at 8 am and poll percentage reached 27.03 upto 12 noon.
Despite severe cold, people were seen marching towards the polling booths and long queues of electorates were also seen outside the polling booths to exercise their franchise in Kashmir valley.
