35 Persons are killed in Karachi Pakistan on Saturday 12th of May 2007, when dysfunctional Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Iftikhar Chaudhary had reached Karachi airport, he was scheduled to address Sindh Bar Council in Karachi capital of Sindh Province, but due to outbreak of violence in Karachi, dysfunctional chief justice was stopped within the Karachi airport building and after few hours was sent back to Islamabad.

At the same day President of Pakistan had addressed a rally in Islamabad capital of Pakistan in which millions of people participated, to express solidarity with President General Parvez Musharaf, people from all walks of life and from all the provinces of Pakistan had reached Islamabad to show their support for President General Parvez Musharaf and for the ruling party popularly known as Pakistan Muslim League(Q).

During his address President had condemned acts of violence in Karachi, and had appealed to the lawyer’s community to abstain from agitation politics and let the court decide the fate of dysfunctional chief justice of Pakistan, president had categorically stated that any verdict given by apex court will be acceptable to him.

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Mr. Shaukat Aziz and many other members of his cabinet had also addressed the rally held in Islamabad, Prime Minister had also condemned acts of violence occurred in Karachi and had promised prosper future for the citizens of Pakistan, at the end of the rally participants had peacefully gone back to their native cities.

Mr. Tariq Mehmood Vice President Pakistan Muslim League (Q) Kohat has said that impeachment process initiated against dysfunctional chief justice of Pakistan shall be  confined to the court of law, those who are trying to sabotage the process through  politics of agitation are mostly corrupt people and are hindering constitutional means concerning accountability process because, once this practice is established, all the corrupt elements will be held accountable and rule of law will prevail. He had further added that Media is not giving proper coverage to those who are in favor of the president, and is giving coverage to corrupt and non tax payers, who are blowing hot and cold against the president and trying to sabotage impeachment process initiated against dysfunctional chief justice of Pakistan.
