4 Chitrali Passengers Shot Dead by Terrorists

 4 Chitrali passengers shot dead on their way to Peshawar,

 

CHITRAL: As well as four Chitrali passengers were shot dead on their way from Chitral to Peshawar. According to Chitral police and District Coordination Officer Temergara Ghulam Muhammad Chitrali a passenger Toyota flying coach was on its way from Chitral to Peshawar carrying passengers  which was traveling during night time. When this ill-fated vehicle reached near Bajawar agency they were stopped by some unknown persons (perhaps some militant)  who tried search operation. And they killed only Chitrali passengers after their identification. Those who killed were identified  as Syed Hussain son of Syed Ameeri and Syed Anwar Hussain son of Syed Ameri residents of Gram (Karimabad) Tehsil Lutkoh. Jamshid Ahmad son of Muhammad Khan resident of Shogram and Abdul Jalil son of Qadi Khan resident of Kosht district Chitral. DCO Temergara said that their dead bodies have been rushed to Chitral who expected to reach here at 10.00 PM. Reasons behinds their target killing could not ascertained. 

 

Chitral Gilgit equalized score with Gilgit  in first day of Shundor Festival. 

 

CHITRAL: 3 days long Shundor festival has been started  today (July 7) at the most highest polo ground of the world. Two matches were played between four teams on the first day. First match was played between Ghizar polo team of Northern Areas versus Laspur polo team of Chitral district. Ghizar team defeated Laspur team with 11 goals than 2 goals. Score board remained as following . Ghizar team 11 goals Laspur team 2 goals. 

The second match was played between Chitral D polo team and Gilgit D polo team. Chitral D defeated Gilgit D polo team with 14 goals than 2 goals. Score board show that Chitral D polo team scored 14 goals while Gilgit D polo team scored only 2 goals.
