43 Indian Vaishno Devi pilgrims injured in a road mishap in Katra in J&K

              Jammu, Sept, 22 (Vijay Kumar)    In a tragic road mishap forty three pilgrims of   Shri Mata Vaishno Devi suffered injuries in a head on collision between two buses at Kote Jaggir Nagrota on Tuesday evening. The ill-fated buses bearing registrations Nos. JK02L-7023 and UP78BN-4899 were coming from opposite directions when the mishap occurred.

                On receipt of the information Police rushed to the spot and evacuated all the occupants of the vehicles and shifted them to Govt. Medical College Jammu. The injured have been identified as  Amit Pandey s/o Narinder Pandey r/o U.P, Raman w/o Udhayveer Singh r/o U.P, Babu s/o Sri Ram r/o U.P , Asha Mishra w/o B.N.Mishra r/o Gorakhpur U.P , Tara Devi w/o Hira Lal , Pawan Kumar  s/o Jamna Lal r/o  U.P,Rajan  Parshad s/o Ram Surat r/o U.P, Ronak Jaswal s/o Ravi Jaswal r/o U.P, Ram Raj Yadev s/o Yogi Raj Yadev r/o U.P , R.B.Yadev s/o Ashafri Lal Yadev r/o U.P, Raman Singh s/o Hari Parshad r/o Gorakhpur U.P, Urmala Devi w/o Rehish r/o U.P, Pratiba w/o Manoj r/o Gorakhpur, Mumta Gupta w/o Shanker Lal Gupta r/o U.P, Arun s/o Udesh Misra r/o U.P, Anita w/o Raj Kumar r/o U.P, Sarban Misra s/o B.N.Misra r/oU.P, Raj Kumar s/o Majboot Singh r/o U.P ,Balwant Chand s/o Vijay Chand r/o Mantalai , driver of the bus, Sunil s/o Jaggu Pal r/o U.P , Badneshwar s/o Mahesh Parshad  r/o U.P , Sagan Angari  s/o Dina Nath r/o U.P, B.N.Mishra s/o Krishan Mishra r/o U.P,  Denesh Kumar s/o Daya Ram r/o U.P ,Pushpa Yadev w/o Vidya Anand r/o U.P , Rajinder s/o Ram Surat r/o U.P, Anmot Yadev s/o Dirju  Yadev r/o U.P, Arpita Yadev s/o Manoj Yadev r/o U.P ,Suman Jaswal w/o Ravi Jaswal r/o U.P, J.P..Gupta s/o Sarju Parsad r/o U.P, Lakshmi Narayan s/o Bhagorti Parshad r/o U..P, Sagan s/o Raj Kumar r/o U.P ,Krishna s/o Raj Kumar r/o U.P, Hira Lal s/o Mattoo r/o U.P  Ravi Jaswal s/o Anart Lal r/o U.P Raj Kumar Jaswal s/o Sri Ram Niwas r/o U.P and Suman Jaswal w/o Ravi Jaswal r/o U.P. However, the identification of some injured is being yet to be established .

The condition of the injured are stable as last reports came in.
