Srinagar, June 05 (Scoop News) –Two girls namely Safina daughter of Ghulam Hassan Tantray and Nighat daughter of Mohammad Jamal Tantray residents of Lach Mawar died due to cloud burst and Shugufta daughter of Abdul Salam Tantray resident of Lach Mawar was injured at village Lach Mawar, Handwara, said police in a statement.
Police said The injured girl was hospitalized.
Meanwhile, three boys namely Naseer Ahmad, Muneer Ahmad sons of Khair Mohammad Chachoo and Hanief Ahmad son of Noor Mohammad Baltoo residents of Upper Gharkote died due to cloud burst at Upper reaches of Bani Behak, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Uri. The bodies of the deceased were brought to Gharkote village by Police and locals.
