Independence day celebrated at Alzahra pole star high school Breshgram the most remote locality of Chitral.

CHITRAL: Independence Day was celebrated at Alzahra pole star high school Breshgram of Karimabad valley the most remote locality. Prominent educationist Sher Nawaz Khan was chief guest on the occasion while the ceremony was presided over by Aziz Khan Subadar of Chitral Scouts. The chief guest also hoisted national flag showering flowers on it and cut the independence birthday cake.
The ceremony was started with the recitation from the Holy Quran while some girls students presented Hamd, Nath Sharif, national song as well as national anthem. Anita Ayub of class 10th delivered speech on the topic of importance of independence in English. A national song Ma ki dua was presented by Miss Sehrish and group. Funny news were produced by Aliyan Karim and Anita Muslim.
Hira Ali, Sadia group presented national song in Chitrali (Khowar) language attributing to motherland. Question answer session was held by Sajjad group. While some girls students delivered speech on “efforts of women in the independence campaign” and impressed the audience. Miss Saosh group presented song consisting on a message of peace.
Talk show program was produced by Shahzadi Hussain group. A professional singer Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah specially participated in the ceremony and presented national songs inscribing the message of peace that Chitral people are peace lover.
Addressing to the ceremony Mrs Zaiba Ali principal of the school said that they are trying of their best to give standard education to their students and that is why that they have banned all language in this school except English. Students enter in the school gate can speak and talk only in English to improve their linguistic.
Chief guest and president of the ceremony highly hailed management of school and encouraged the students who presented such colorful programs and enthralled the participants. They stressed upon the parents to must give standard education to their children so as to make them beneficial citizen of Pakistan. They said that independence is a gift of Allah Almighty and we got our motherland after great sacrifices and youngest should to protect and serve the country.
A large number of parents students, teachers and volunteers participated in the ceremony. The participants highly appreciated the students who presented very interesting and impressible colorful programs despite that they living in a very remote and backward area .
