6 days training workshop on wild life and biodiversity Act 2015

6 days training workshop on capacity building  of wild life staff and community representatives in rules and Regulation  under KP wildlife and Biodiversity Act 2015 concluded.

CHITRAL:  3 days training workshop and 3 days field visit on capacity building of Wild Life staff and community representatives in Rules & Regulations under Khyber Pahtonkhwa  wildlife Act 2015 concluded. At the end of training workshop certificate distribution ceremony was also held at Divisional Forest Officer Wild life Division Chitral office.

District Nazim Chitral Maghfirat Shah was chief guest on the occasion while the ceremony was also attended by DFO Muhammad Saleem Khan Marwat, SDFO, Community representatives and elites of the area.

Addressing on the occasion DFO wild life Imtiaz Hussain Lal said that Chitral is the only district where most of our national symbols (assets) are existing. He said that our national animal Markhor, national flower jasmine, national tree Deodar  and national bird Chukor partridge are existing in Chitral which have a unique prestigious in the word.

He said that after conducting this training watcher, foresters, staff and community members will be able to protect these national assets with more best way after introducing and implementing wildlife and Biodiversity  Act 2015 of KPK.

Addressing to the certificate distribution ceremony District Nazim Chitral Maghfirat Shah said that Chitral have great potential in tourism especially in wild life. He emphasized on watchers and wild life staff to must protect and save these innocent creation of Allah from illegal hunting and disturbing  by evil elements and they should to play their role in breeding and conservation of these national animal and bird so as to attract  here more and more tourists from world level.

At last District Nazim,  Divisional Forest officer Saleem Marwat, Anwar Baig and other distributed certificates among 50  watchers of wild life  Chitral division and some community representatives.  Some political figures, social workers, government official and representatives of civil societies also attended the ceremony.

Talking to this scribe some watchers said that after attending this training workshop their capacity was more enhanced and now they can perform their duty with more zeal and zest and enthusiasm.
