United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is planning to make a formal appeal for $613 million for providing the people in Gaza with food, clean water, shelter, medicine and other basic needs.
The Secretary-General remarked that he found the actual situation of Gaza beyond description.
Ban Ki-moon visited Gaza after Israel destroyed the area. As Israel killed some Palestinians again, he observed the ceasefire as “fragile.”
