Vani Prakashan, Leading Publishers of Hindi fiction/Non fiction books is doing great work towards promotion of Literature.It has organized ‘Reading Session’ of Munshi Premchand’s Unforgettable Classic ‘Godaan’ this August at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
Premchand revived realism to Hindi literature.and wrote on the realistic Social and Political issues of the day-communalism, corruption, zamindari, debt, poverty, colonialism and many relevant issues. His stories portrayed the social scenario of those times.He is known for giving way to dialect of the common people. He was one of the greatest literary figures of modern Hindi literature.
