Tarlac — Residents of Bgy. San Vicente was depressed after a tornado hit their place killing more or less 8,000 ducks last Wednesday.
According to Francisco Cruz, president of Sanvic Raisers Multi-Purpose Cooperative, the ducks that are being raised by members are currently laying eggs and are the source of their income but all of their efforts and hardships have gone after the tornado arrived.
According to the report from CampOlivas, Pampanga, it was about 4:30 in the afternoon when the tornado attacked and passed by barangay San Nicolas Balas, San Francisco and San Vicente.
Ten electricity posts broke down and several houses were partially damaged.
The tornado also caused heavy traffic along Magalang-Concepcion road and it took 2 days before the supply of electricity were restored.
