9 Cattle died when house gutted

 9 cattle died when a house was gutted.

 

 

CHITRAL:  As well as 9 cattle killed and 2 rooms gutted badly when a person put fire on the  house of a local spiritual clerk. According to SHO police station Mulkoh house of Amir Hussain Danish (Nick name peer Danish) gutted last night as a  result 2 rooms were burnt badly and 9 cattle also died due to suffocation inside these rooms. Amir Hussain told to local journalist that he had some dispute with a local person namely Shamsuddin son of Rozgar Khan who is serving in Chitral Scouts. Last night he call me by using telephone of Chitral scouts Koragh official No and threat me of dire consequences.  And at the same night when were sleeping in our separate house he came in darkness of light and put fire on main gate (wooden) as a result my two rooms gutted badly and 9 cattle including cow, sheep etc were died and we could not slaughter them because of darkness  Danish added. A veterinary assistant of Booni hospital confirmed that these cattle were died due to suffocation after smoke inside the rooms. Mulkoh police lodged First Invistigation Report (FIR) under section 435, 436, 427, 429 under Pakistan Panel Code (PPC) against accused Shamsuddin. In this connection while investigation officer Muhammad Yaqub asked that why not they lodged FIR under terrorism act he responded that they will counsel their legal section and after their proper opinion section can be added. Danish appeal to Inspector General Frontier Corps, Inspector General of Police KP and chief justice for taking action against this brutal person who killed 9 innocent cattle and he may be compensated. Mulkoh police have lodged FIR and started further investigations.
