Manhattan Mercury Reports Kansas Tornado Damage in Chapman, Manhattan
Tornadoes ripped through the Kansas towns of Chapman and Manhattan last night, said the Manhattan Mercury and Associated Press. In Manhattan, Kansas, Kansas State University sustained significant damage, but there are ‘no confirmed reports of injuries or deaths’. In Chapman, where a half-mile wide tornado ravaged 60 homes, one person was killed.
