Some people in our world are full of hate for reasons only “they” know and it’s hidden from society. Some have a rage inside and they do not care who they take it out on until it comes out on the most innocent of all, “an infant.” Maybe they’re displaying the rage that was taken against them in their childhood.
A Solano county jail is holding Joshua Cooper behind bars on charges of child cruelty and aggravated mayhem. He is accused of one of the most heinous offenses against a child that I’ve ever heard of except for an actual murder. This evil man actually bit off his own baby son’s nose. This is beyond comprehension and it’s hard for me to perceive how any human being could do such an evil act to their own child.
It’s baffling in my mind how any father could be so evil and cruel to their own baby but just after 8:00 a.m. Friday police got a telephone call from a hysterical woman reporting that her baby was bleeding from its nose.
Police didn’t know exactly what they were dealing with when they arrived on the scene, there was a baby with a substantial amount of blood and it was a gruesome scene to see. The Police found the baby’s nose in the bedroom on the floor and it was revealed by investigators that the father had done the abuse to the child.
The child, a month old boy, had been crying and the father became frustrated and bit the small baby’s nose off. The baby was taken to Oakland Children’s Hospital with a third of his nose gone along with a skull fracture and a brain hemorrhage and it leaves the officials trying to figure out how his head injuries occurred.
The seventeen year old mother and other family members were actually home too when this occurred but the baby son was in a room with Cooper by itself.
A neighbor commented that she had never seen Cooper behave violently. Other people who lived at the parkway manor apartment in Fairfield are in disbelief that such an incident had happened there.
In my opinion this father is evil and he should absolutely pay for his abuse to his baby son and upon his release from the authorities, he should be made to have counseling for several years on “how to treat children.”
In my opinion serving time in prison will not suffice for this terrible act against his child and he should be flagged as a child abuser for life.
