With the advancement of Culture and Civilisation, criminal activities are also on the rise and they grow in parallel.It is an irony to note that the ideas for criminal activities emanate some times even from the most unexpected quarters, that too from the people who are highly cultured and educated and one cannot explain but simply be dismayed at such persons and their mysterious ideas and crooked thinking. But one thing is clear. The root cause for such strange criminal activities is that people want to become rich overnight, unmindful of the consequences they may face and in the process of evolving such strange ideas, they easily get trapped.
Recently, a man namely Peethmbar, doctor by profession, resident of Kottakkal, of Malappuram District, Kerala, has tried to sell the private medical college Porur Ramachandra Medical College (A Medical University)in Chennai, for a whopping sum of 3,000 crore rupees, through a real estate broker namely Palani in Chennai, claiming himself as the power agent of the dean of the hospital with fabricated documents. The real estate broker Palani being a close friend and a known person to the dean of the medical college Mr.Venkatachalam, conveyed the message regarding the offer made by Dr. Peethambar. Immediately sensing foul play, the police authorities were informed, the fabricated documents from the Dr,Peethambar were seized and he was caught red-handed by the police personnel of the Poonthamalli police station.
