A friend to talk is a friend to boost memory.

 

A new study emphasis the importance of socializing your life. A friend or a neighbor may help you to stay sharp just as much as daily crossword- you only need to talk to him for 10minutes everyday. Researchers in the University of Michigan have carried out a study and found that spending ten minutes talking to another person helps to improve the memory. The researchers came to the conclusion after conducting a test on 76 college students aged between 18-21.“In our study socializing was just effective as more traditional kinds of mental exercise in boosting memory and intellectual performance” said the lead scientist Oscar Ybara at University of Michigan
