Andhra Pradesh reaped a rich harvest in the Civil Services examinations with nearly 40 candidates likely to get into various All India services.
Adapa Karthik took the all India first position, which is bagged by the State for the second consecutive year. For the first time there are two candidates in the top 10 ranks. A. Sreedhar Babu bagged 5th rank. Interestingly, both of them got into IPS last year and are training in the National Police Academy in Hyderabad. The other ranks expected for the candidates include S. Ashwini (IFS), P. Bala Kiran ( IAS), V. Vinay Chand (IAS), Karanam Devi Prasad (IAS), B. John (IAS), Chakradhar (IPS), Vimaladitya (IPS), Pavithran Kumar (IPS), C. Vamsi Krishna (IRS), Pallavi. A. ( IRS), Krishna Veni (IRS), Divya, B. Chandrakala, P. Shiv Shanker, Raghu Kiran, A. Vamsi, N. Ashok Babu, Varun Chandrasekhar, P. Sridevi, M. Suresh and K.C. Nagaraja Naidu
