A Vessel said to be Carrying 884 Metric Tonnes of Food, Medicine and other Humanitarian Releif Items for Displaced Persons in Northern Sri Lanka is heading away to Sri Lanka despite the Local Government says it has not been given the Clearence for the Vessel and Navy put on Alert.
The Ship "Captain Ali" entered to the Red Sea after traveling through the Suez Canal is said to be Carrying an Essential Supplies for the 300,000 Displaced Persons in the Camps of Northern Sri Lanka.The Ship began the first leg of it’s Journey from Port Ipswich of United Kingdom on 20th of April.
An Ex Sri Lankan Monitoring Mission(SLMM) Monitor ,Doctors and Humanitarian Workers are traveling with the Humanitarian Relief in board.
