Srinagar, Jan 16: The season’s heavist snowfall in the world famous Kashmir valley was received as a blessing of the nature by the beleagured population here. But the colateral damage due to thick white carpet was meticulously faced by the administration much to the surprise of its critics.

Power supply which was snapped by the snowfall was restored well within the time by able power develepment department PDD which has been bearing the brunt of the anger of local people. Essentials also were made avialable by the authorities to the consumers. Hence the snowfall was welcome sight to everybody.
