Atlanta-based musician Alexis "MaryJane" Miller had a judge grant a restraining order for her against basketball star Shaquille O’Neal. Miller claims that Shaq sent her violent emails and threatened to ruin her career after they ended a romantic relationship last month.
Shaq will have to cease contact with Alexis "MaryJane" Miller and stay at least 200 yards away from her and her young son, the judge ruled on Thursday. In her report, Miller said that Shaq threatened to hurt her and harassed her by calling her on the phone, breathing heavily and hanging up. He also allegedly told her he would give other recording artists $50,000 each if they agreed to not perform or record with her.
TMZ provided a sample of one of Shaq’s emails: "I dnt no who the fuk u think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is all i gotta make no try me. Sho me." It is certainly not perfect grammar, but Shaq get’s his message across. Now a judge has ruled on the side of Alexis "MaryJane" Miller. Shaquille O’Neal is scheduled to appear before a judge on September 4.
