Yesterday Alltop, the popurls-inspired digital news aggregator added global citizen journalism platform GroundReport.com to its World News page.
Founded by Will Mayall, Kathryn Henkens, and mega-blogger Guy Kawasaki, Alltop offers a clean, sweeping interface for veiwing the day’s top headlines at a glance. GroundReport recently joined Alltop’s world news page, alongside industry standards like New York Times, Los Angeles Times and Newsweek.
GroundReport CEO Rachel Sterne praised GroundReport’s addition, stating that Alltop wis another way for more people to find GroundReport’s unique, on-the-ground global coverage–some of it breaking hours or days ahead of mainstream sources.
