Role Of Analytical & Communicative Skills Vital
Proddatur (GR-TYP-BIN): 21 Students of Vaagdevi Institute of Technology and Science (VITS) were selected in campus placements conducted on May 28, by the multinational company Amazon.com for managerial positions, said Principal Dr. N Kumara Swamy.
A total of 250 students attended the campus interviews. We selected 21 candidates by means of written test, group discussions, viva voce and JAM. JAM is the decisive test for the selection process. We conducted all these tests to assess the incumbents’ analytical, communication, English language kills as we need the candidates for managerial positions in the multinational company. The 21 candidates got through all these tests and were selected, said Amazon.com HR Recruitment Official Mr. Pradeep.
