AMERICANS FEELING STAGNATION IN LIFE
A National Survey Report has figured out that most American people are feeling a
stagnation and halted progress in their lives.
According to this survey,25% people admitted that they have not made any progress in
their life since about last 5 years; and 31% are feeling that stagnation or full stop to their
further upwardness in life is coming near. They feel as if they are moving backwards.
Middle income people were in the line to progress since many decades and they neither
faced stagnation nor felt it. But since 1999,they are not satisfied with their financial
situation and feeling tense and depressed in this regard.
Two thirds of people agreed that their life is better than their parents when they(parents)
were of our age. The financial situation remained satisfactory for a long time for the
middle classes. During the 1970 decade, their income increased at the rate of 41% per
annum.
But since last two decades, most Americans are getting loans and spending more. This
condition of Americans has become so severe that their life standard was affected
adversely.About 79% people said that since last 5 years it has been extremely difficult
to maintain their living standards.
Present downward economic growth graph has shaken every families budget. But still
most Americans are hoping for a better and bright future.
