When Hillary Clinton made the vow, she was teary-eyed and emotional. While the polls project that Hillary may lose in New Hampshire, Hillary Clinton had made a vow to carry on with the race.
Barack Obama warned supporters against overconfidence. Many new polls popped up giving Barack Obama a double-digit lead over Hillary Clinton. This is one day before the state casts votes for the primary races. On Tuesday, the polls will close on Tuesday at 8 PM EST.
At a campaign event in Portsmouth, Hillary Clinton was choked up and emotional when explaining her reasons for seeking the presidency.
“Some of us put ourselves out there and do this,” she explained while her voice was breaking and her eyes were getting tearing. She continued, “against some pretty difficult odds and we do it, each one of us, because we care about the country.”
“Do not take this race for granted. I know we had a nice boost over the last couple of days but elections are funny things,” Obama said to his supporters in Claremont.
Both Clinton and Mitt Romney are under the pressure to revive their campaigns after losing in Iowa. Their campaigns could take another heavy hit if they lose New Hampshire.
