“I’ll remember this moment for the rest of my life,” said one of the 3,500 students at New York City’s Democracy Prep, as they celebrated President Barack Obama’s inauguration Tuesday in Harlem.
"We planned this event…to bring schools in the community together," said Mo’Naejah Robinson, an eight-grade student one of the event’s organizers. "We’re all about choice and voice. So we put our minds to it in helping to change the world."
