An inquiry from a Chinese college student

It is heartwarming to know that someone from as far away as Jinan, China, is finding time to read entries at groundreport.com, which I write for.

In fact, the Chinese email sender sent me a personal email on June 14, asking as to what as to what kind of nationality do I have? Since this is the first time I received such an  inquiry, even if I’m not sure what really was the real motive behind it, I took the pains of answering the email  in order to satisfy his/her curiosity.

And to give our readers the unedited version of the email, here it goes: "I am sorry to disturb you, sir. But I wonder if you can help me. M y Bachelor Thesis refer to the article of " State pension funds fatten officials’ pockets "from ground report , and our teacher asked me to attach the author’s information . So sorry that I am not sure of your nationality, could you give me the answer, please?

Thank you very much ! Best wishes !"–  miaomiao lee, Jinan.China

I hope I was able to help in some ways to accomplish your college thesis. And may your teacher give you a reasonable rating for this effort.
