A college boy committed suicide by hanging himself yesterday. His name was Selim Hussain. He was a student of the Konabari Degree College situated in Gazipur and son of Hazrat Ali who lives in Sariatpur.
Local people and his family said that Selim lived with his parents in a rented house in Kaliakoir District, Vannara area, in the Mostafa house. Recently Selim proposed a girl named Ferjana Jaman Resmi who studies at Alom University situated at Gazipur’s Vaoal Bodor. But the girl refused him instantly. She was daughter of Moniruzzaman who’s home district was Faridpur. Farjana and her parents lives in a rented house in Faruk ‘s building situated at South Mouchak area in Gazipur.
On Saturday night, Salim called Farjana on her mobile. But she did not received it at first time. But Selim did not stop and called her again and again. After some time she received the call and Selim started shouting on her. Farjana replied that she don’t want to talk with him. At this situation at the end of that night he committed suicide by hanging himself. When local people found him, he was dead already.
Police said that they have filed a case about this suicide. Selim’s family is now into deep shock as well.
