Apologies: Our November 4th Outage

Dear GroundReport Community,

Many of you may have noticed that the web site was down for most of the day.  We have a new development team and started making important improvements to the site starting on Monday. Unfortunately an alteration to the Front Page algorithm caused a slowdown that ultimately brought down the site, and it took us and our partners at Rackspace most of the day to get the site back up and running,

We thank you for your patience and loyalty, and assure you that we are working to improve GroundReport every day.  As always, we are continuing to recruit for our staff and intern technical team.  To submit your resume, please send an inquiry to info@groundreport.com.
