Leh/Srinagar March 20 ( Scoop News) – Indian army captain died in Leh Ladakh in Jammu and Kashmir.Accordind to Police army officer identified Vikram Agnihotri 14th Core Dental Unit No. DS12276H C/o 56 APO was found dead in bathroom of his unit at Leh Core falling under the jurisdiction of police station Leh.
Police said proceedings under section 174 CrPC have been initiated in this regard.
Meanwhile eleven persons were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir Valley.
Police said a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK02W/0172 on way from Srinagar to Baramulla rammed in to a popular tree near Zangum crossing Baramulla today, falling under the jurisdiction of police station
Pattan, resulting in injuries to seven persons. Injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment.
A Truck bearing register number JK02/6539 loaded with iron rods on way to Srinagar from Jammu hit one passenger Bus bearing registration number JK02/8579 in the back side near Goriwan Bijbehara Anantnag today, falling under the jurisdiction of police station Bijbehara and also hit one Sumo bearing registration number JK03A/9353 parked on road side. The truck then turned upside down. Driver of the truck was injured in this incident. Injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.
One truck bearing registration number JK0U/1185 while coming from Khanabal to Qazigund hit a shop on the road side near Mir Bazar chowk
at National Highway Anantnag falling under the jurisdiction of police station Qazigund, resulting in injuries to three persons including the driver. Injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment.
Police has registered three cases in this regard.
