"We are being opreased by the Bangladesh Army," said Bangladesh Rifels Soldiers, in a hand-written letter sent to the media.
To fulfil their demand, the Bangladesh Rifels Soldiers( BDR) revolted against the system today. Around 8.30 am BDR soldiers started firing. So far one is dead and around 60 civilian are known to be injured.
Armed helicopters have surrounded the scene. BDR soldiers are shooting bullets, granades & mortars towards the army, injuring the civilians.
BDR has imprisoned a few army high rank officers. High government officials are trying to ease the situation by talking to them.
The lastest news is that the Prime Minister along with the difence minister & other cabinate members are talking to the representative of BDR.
