A 65-year-old Australian national Powel Allen has been arrested for sexually assaulting children of an orphanage in Puri.An eye surgeon employed with the orphanage for the past four years, was arrested in Vishakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) on Wednesday night. Merry Hellen, the French founder of the orphanage, lodged a police complaint accusing the Australian of sexually abusing children. So far 10 children have complained against him.In recent years many foreign nationals have been arrested on similar charges.
