Recently Crime Branch was awarded as the best investigative magazine by the All Bengal Editors & Journalists Association at the Calcutta press Club. The Editor of the magazine,Biplab Chowdhury recieved the award.Crime Branch adopts the public interest journalism."Here,Reporters don’t cross their ‘limit’.While covering a story, they always know how not to hurt people. They believe that attitude is involved in any kind of story. After all we should brake the notion that those of us in media are arrogant, highhanded and disrespectful. In fact,we must remember, that Journalists enjoy the same kind of privileges where manners are concerned.Always treat people the way you like to be treated" Mr.Chowdhury said after receiving the award.
