Bajrang Dal activists not permitted to move towards Baltal

           Jammu,May 13(Scoop News) –Due to unfavourable weather condition, the Government did not permitted the activists of Bajrang Dal to proceed to Baltal, the base camp of Shri Amarnathji Yatra, in order to avoid any untoward incident.

            This decision has been taken after a detailed discussion with the Bajrang Dal in a high level meeting convened here last night.

            These activists have planned to proceed to Baltal for inspecting the road condition enroute to the holy cave.

            It is worthwhile to mention here that the administration is actively working on ensuring a safe and clear route to the cave well before the commencement of this world famous lord Shiva’s Yatra. In this regard, the dispensation has convened a series of meetings with the concerned authorities to work out an effective mechanism to ensure a smooth and successful yatra for the devotees who throng the state from different parts of the country.

            The Government is completely abreast with the feasibility and technicalities of this historic Yatra. A series of high level meetings have also been convened recently in Srinagar and at Jammu for the smooth conduct of Shri Amarnath ji yatra.
