Inclusion of Masrafi Mortaja in KOLKATA NIGHT RIDERS at a price of INR 2.91 crores has opened a new gateway for Bangladesh into IPL. Even Mortaja could nat bring it into his dream that his price ratings might be risen to such huge extent. Still he can not believe that he will play for KOLKATA KNIGHT RIDER. In an interview he said "I could not believe it. Money does not a great factor but the fact which enthrills me a lot that I will play and share the dressing room with Sourav Ganguly, my Idol". This pace bollowers also emphasized that everything had become possile for SOURAV. Also he did not forget to render his heartiest thanks to Mr. Saharukh Khan. Mortaja, popularly kown as ‘Narial Express’ said, "Sharukh is my favourite acto. I am getting much more enthrilled to be a member of his team. Every Bengladeshi is overwhelmed about his inclusion. Large images of Mortaja have been printed in the front pages of allmost every leading newapapers of Bengaldesh. Sweets were distributed in this connection. In fact it was expected that Sakib Al Hassan would get the chance to paly in IPL. But the inclusion of Mortaja has made everyone surprised.
