Ground Report

BdOSN participated in the National Telecentre Colloquium held in Bogra on 7th and 8th November 2008. Also, the open source software solution, Telecentre in Box was also launched in the conference. BdOSN participated in the entire two days event divided into multiple seminars, discussions as well as social networking. In the stall, the volunteers of BdOSN showed different open source software to the telecentre practitioners, stakeholders and researchers. In the two days workshop, open source was discussed not only as the development alternative but also as the ONLY technological solution for a country like Bangladesh.
